Thriving Foundations Programme is here to support you to build a stronger and more secure foundation for your future. We know that things such as housing, money, food, relationships, confidence, digital access and having people around you can all affect how secure and connected life feels.

You do not have to have everything figured out when you join us. This form helps us understand where things are for you now, what matters to you and what support could be useful.

Your information will be treated confidentially and used to help us provide support, understand the people we are working with and measure the difference the project makes.
