Project Co-ordinator

Help lead our Young People Thriving Forward programme, working closely with young people, partners, and community groups to deliver creative, hands-on workshops and real-world experiences.
You’ll support young people to build confidence, learn new skills, and thrive.
Hours and Days: 28 hours per week
Contract: 4-month fixed term (with potential to extend)
Salary: £12.60/hr (Real Living Wage Employer)

The Role
To lead the delivery of the Young People Thriving Forward programme, supporting young people through creative workshops, mentoring, and community-building activities.
Key Responsibilities-
Plan, co-ordinate and deliver programme activities

Build relationships with young people to support their growth and participation

Manage workshop logistics, facilitators, and volunteers

Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
-
Monitor and evaluate programme progress
-
Liaise with project partners and community organisations
-
Work with the Admin Officer to manage communication and records

Support the documentation of programme impact (e.g. stories, reports)

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
-
2+ years' experience delivering youth or community programmes
-
Experience working directly with young people, particularly those facing barriers
-
Skilled in planning, delivering, and reviewing workshops or sessions
-
Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
-
Knowledge of safeguarding and youth participation principles
Desirable:
-
Qualification in Youth Work, Community Development, or related field
-
Experience working with non-profits or social enterprises
-
Lived experience reflecting the communities we serve
-
First Aid or Safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake)

Administrative Support Officer
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and good with systems and communication?
We’re looking for someone to support the smooth running of our Young People Thriving Forward Programme. Keeping things on track behind the scenes.
From scheduling sessions and managing paperwork to supporting communications and reporting, your role will be essential in making sure everything flows.

The Role
To provide essential administrative support for the Young People Thriving Forward programme. You'll help manage logistics, communication, and record-keeping to ensure the smooth running of the programme.
Key Responsibilities-
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, consent forms, and evaluations

Schedule meetings and workshops, and manage calendars

Support communications via email, social media, and newsletter updates

Order supplies, track petty cash and basic project expenses

Assist with monitoring and evaluation tasks

Lucy's Pantry Walsall - Assistant Manager
Join Lucy’s Pantry as a part-time Assistant Manager.
If you're organised, friendly, and passionate about food justice, we’d love to hear from you.
Help run the pantry, support volunteers, and welcome members each week.
Hours and Days: 24 hours per week - Flexible hours to be agreed
Contract: 6-month fixed term (with potential to extend)
Salary: £24,500 Pro rata

The Role
This role involves supporting volunteers, welcoming and registering members, and helping to coordinate food deliveries and distributions. You’ll play a key part in creating a warm, inclusive space for all who walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities-
Support the day-to-day running of the pantry.

Supervise and assist volunteers during pantry sessions.

Welcome and engage with pantry members with care and respect.

Support stock intake, organisation, and rotation.

Assist with admin tasks and maintain membership records.

Experience working or volunteering in a community setting or food project is desirable.

You Will-
Engage with the pantry team and the local community

Co-develop a design brief centered on dignity, accessibility, and care

Create design interventions (layouts, furniture, visual identity, etc.)

Build and install your designs in a live community setting

Present your work in a final showcase and reflection session
